Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quantarell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Quantarell is a goal-hosting platform. Creators display funding goals and paste their own payment links to third-party payment providers (PayPal, Ko-fi, Stripe, Payoneer, etc.). Contributions happen entirely between the contributor and the creator's chosen payment provider. Quantarell does not process, receive, hold, or route contribution funds at any point.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use creator features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and receive contributions.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you agree to use contributions for the stated purpose of your goal.

You are responsible for fulfilling any promises or commitments made in your goal description.

You must not create goals for illegal activities, fraud, or content that violates these terms.

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from contributions received.

You represent that you own or have lawful authority to use any payment link you publish on Quantarell. Inaccurate, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment links are grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

5. Supporter Responsibilities

Contributions happen on the creator's chosen payment platform. Any refund, chargeback, or dispute process is handled by that payment provider, not by Quantarell.

Supporters acknowledge that contributions are not investments and do not entitle them to equity, ownership, or returns.

Supporters are responsible for reviewing goal details and the destination payment link before contributing.

6. Progress Reporting Disclaimer

Progress indicators, backer counts, and contribution amounts displayed on goal pages are self-reported by creators and contributors. Quantarell does not verify these figures against actual payment records and does not guarantee their accuracy. Displayed amounts may not reflect funds actually received by the creator.

7. Payments & Fees

Quantarell charges zero fees on contributions. Contributions flow entirely through the creator's chosen third-party payment provider, whose fees apply according to that provider's terms. Quantarell's only paid service is the Premium subscription (currently $50 per year), which unlocks unlimited goals, image uploads, and analytics. Premium billing is handled by Stripe.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not use Quantarell to fund or promote: illegal activities, violence or threats, harassment or hate speech, adult or explicit content, multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes, misleading or fraudulent campaigns.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Quantarell. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the platform.

The Quantarell name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quantarell is not a party to any contribution transaction. Disputes regarding contributions, refunds, chargebacks, non-delivery, or any matter arising out of a contribution must be pursued directly with the creator or with the creator's chosen payment provider. Quantarell has no ability to reverse, refund, or recover contribution funds, and accepts no liability for losses arising from any contribution.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to any user is limited to the fees (if any) that user has paid to Quantarell in the preceding twelve months, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute arising under these Terms. Nothing in this clause affects mandatory statutory rights of consumers under the laws of their country of habitual residence where those laws provide greater protection.
